Joel Giandalia
Joel is a local entrepreneur with decades of experience in business consultation and a passion for start-up businesses. While investing hundreds of hours attending many firearm courses, he recognized an emphasis of quantity of students over quality of instruction. Joel formed Precision Firearms Instruction (PFI) with the premise that instruction should cater specifically to the needs of the individual student. He recognized early on, as a professional sport and recreation instructor, that everyone learns differently and at their own pace. Joel designed PFI to deliver concierge-style firearm instruction customized to the needs of the individual, while maintaining the capability of professional certification when needed. This is in stark contrast to the typical, “one-size-fits-all” approach students often find when attending more traditionally designed courses. Joel understands that training with firearms can be an intimidating venture, sometimes charged with negative stigmas. PFI’s mission is to remove these roadblocks and assist all students in reaching their shooting and self-defense goals.

Kenny Perotti
Having a Psychology degree, along with my extensive background in working with people has afforded me the skills to be an excellent judge of character. Having worked in customer service for over thirty years as well as a Regional Vice President for a Multi- Billion Dollar company the last thirteen years, being in charge of hundreds of employees and their performance, I've learned valuable communication skills. Learned to read others, and circumstances along with the ability to recognize others strengths and weaknesses. With these skills I've learned to guide others to be successful on their own. Having tactical knowledge and proficiency in teaching firearms is one thing, but having the people skills to instruct Is a huge bonus. Having a passion to teach and keeping our community safe, is what drives me become a CCW Instructor I have the knowledge and people skills to get to know and understand each student and understand why they are wanting to obtain a CCW. Truly understanding their needs and wants will allow me to be the best instructor I can
